Therapeutic Style

Integrative therapy means drawing from many modalities of therapy in our work together. This allows us to be flexible and adjust therapy to your needs. Please read more about the different types of therapy and ask if there is a specific approach you would like to know more about. The foundation is an insight-oriented approach in which awareness is the agent of change. For those who are more practically minded, you will also receive solutions and tangible skills that you can apply to your daily life.

Therapy is viewed through a holistic lens that acknowledges your whole self and recognizing your inherent health rather than pathology, using a strengths-based approach with you whenever possible.

In therapy, we will work together to establish safety, non-judgment, and introspection. This will depend on collaboration, warmth, honesty, and genuineness. A sprinkle of humor and unconventional thinking can take us far together.

Fees

We are an out-of-network provider. Many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits, which means that you may be reimbursed for part or all of our sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, we will submit directly to your insurance at the end of each month and you will then receive reimbursement from your insurance company IF you have out-of-network-benefits. We have a limited number of sliding-scale appointments available on a case-by-case basis.
